In early April I was given recognition from The Business Pursuit (TBP) in their monthly virtual catalog. It was an honor to be featured!

Towards the end of March 2020 I partnered with Marisa Peal from Organixlocs to start a webinar series discussing The Crown Act and Pennsylvania. Our first webinar featured New Jersey State Senator Sandra Cunningham. It went live on May 12th. We discussed how people can remain active and spread the word about The Crown Act during quarantine. Our second webinar featured former Macy's Inc. HR Executive Andrea L. Granville. The webinar went live on June 9th. We discussed the legal options students and workers have when faced with hair discrimination. There were technical issues with the recorded replay of this webinar. 2020 Virtual Experience (Fashion Show)

In October 2020 Marisa Peal from Organixlocs and I transformed our Crown Act webinars into a 3 part virtual event that included a networking event, 2 workshops, and a virtual fashion show. Our 2 workshop speakers discussed work place discrimination and incorporating authenticity into your personal brand. The fashion show included clothing from local and black owned companies like The Wardrobe, TDM, Career Gang, American Hats LLC, T|W Totes and more.
