Do you only dress black women?
No, I dress all women. I've noticed that most major and individual styling companies shy away from black women. As a black woman myself, I want them to know I am here for them.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, the security deposit is $50 and has to be paid prior to any services and sent with the signed contract of agreement. The deposit is a part of your final balance. For virtual services the security deposit is $30 and is also a part of your final balance.
Do you charge hourly?
The majority of my rates are a flat rate fee. The services that are charged hourly is due the time of completion varying. If you have any questions feel free to ask me directly.
Do you do free consultations?
Yes, I highly recommend you schedule a phone conversation before going forward with any services.
Is there a refund?
You are entitled to a 50% refund if you are not happy with your services.
When is payment due?
Once you receive your invoice unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
What areas do you travel to?
Washington DC, Maryland, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York.
Is the price of clothing included in your price?
No, clothing is a separate price taken on by the customer.
Do I have to be present for shopping (sashay shoppe') sessions?
No. We can load your budget amount onto a Cash App card. A copy of transaction receipts will be provided for your records.
What is a Digital Lookbook?
A digital lookbook is an assortment of online items put together for a client. I will online shop for you based on your measurements provided. You will receive a fully assorted outfit along with the links to the items. Take a look at some of our client examples.
How far in advance can I book the Slay Package?
At most, 1 month in advance. At least, 2 weeks in advance.
Do you return all clothing that I do not want?
Yes, if an outfit does not work out we return all items that were purchased on your behalf and issue any refund.
What happens if I only receive a partial refund for a return?
I make every attempt to avoid stores that have strict return policies or do not give full refunds. However, with online portals, such as Amazon, who may use 3rd party sellers it is not possible to know how every single product will turn out. All clients are informed of this risk prior to paying for my services through the invoice.
